Ericsson-LG opens the Networked Society Day 2014

- Ericsson-LG holds Networked Society Day and invites customers to present insight for the Networked Society

- Ericsson-LG introduces an optimized OSS/BSS solution, the evolution of network technologies, and service agility under the theme of “Your Guide in the Networked Society

- Ericsson-LG shares its solutions, services, and success cases relating to the enhancement of service efficiency, how to improve customer loyalty, and information on the adoption of diverse new services with customers

 

 

Ericsson-LG,a provider of communications technology and services, is to hold the Networked Society Day 2014 at the COEX InterContinental Hotel in Seoul on May 29 inviting key Korean customers.

Here, the company will introduce Ericsson’s optimized OSS/BSS solutions and diverse cases of industrial applications along with an introduction to the evolution of network technologies. A demonstration booth will be operated for visitors to have a hands-on experience of Ericsson’s portfolios and solutions that are associated with its new diverse services, which are intended to enhance service efficiency and to increase customer loyalty.

Ericsson-LG has the highest level of experience in Operations Support Systems/Business Support Systems (OSS/BSS) in the industry. It will introduce its efficient, innovative customer-oriented systems in a total of eight seminar sessions under three themes. Under the first theme of “Efficient Lead to Cash,” Ericsson-LG will introduce a method for operators to differentiate, build loyalty and drive profitable revenue growth through Ericsson’s service agility. And it will also demonstrate the way to improve customer intimacy, build brand loyalty and advocacy, create innovation, and drive opportunities with tools and processes to extract, expose and analyze real time data so that the customer experience continually improves throughout the customer lifecycle. Finally, it will present methods of adopting more efficient services, exploring new business models, and managing the ecosystem as the Networked Society emerges.
